Our feature can help staff plan their annual leave with their managers by providing a digital tool for scheduling and identifying when they are able to take time off. The system can tell staff how much annual leave they have got left, and also enable them to input their availability for additional shifts to cover others who are away.
Our feature can automatically calculate the amount of annual leave each staff member has, already taken and how much they have got left to take. Any remaining vacation days can also be carried over to the quota for the following year if required.
